How VALUEntina works
VALUEntina, the AI value proposition assistant developed by Gotoclient, runs a session as nine sequential modules. Each module produces a named output and only starts once the user has validated the previous one.
How does VALUEntina work?
VALUEntina works as a guided conversation. The user describes the business and the buyer they want to reach; VALUEntina researches that profile, presents findings with the source and year attached, and waits for explicit validation before opening the next module. A full session ends with a value proposition and a differentiation conclusion.
What are the nine modules of VALUEntina?
- Module 1: Buyer Persona Profile — Describe the profile; it gets researched and confirmed with sourced data. Output: BUYER_PERSONA_PROFILE.
- Module 2a: Pain Points Table — Pain points by category, cross-referenced with top-tier sources. Output: PAIN_POINTS_TABLE.
- Module 2b: Pain Points Prioritization — Scored on urgency and business consequence, 1 to 3. Output: PAIN_POINTS_PRIORITIZED.
- Module 3a: Value Proposition Interview — A deep, structured interview about what you sell and why it wins. Output: INTERVIEW_CONCLUSIONS.
- Module 3b: Value Proposition Closing — Iterative drafting until one explanatory formulation is agreed. Output: VALUE_PROPOSITION.
- Module 3b+: Value Proposition Refinement — Five refinements with pros and cons, plus a reasoned recommendation. Output: VALUE_PROPOSITION_FINAL.
- Module 3c: Pain Points x Value Mapping — Affinity matrix between your benefits and every prioritized pain point. Output: MAPPING_TABLE.
- Module 3d: Competitor Analysis — Real competitors scored on your own positioning dimensions. Output: COMPETITOR_ANALYSIS.
- Module 3e: Differentiation Conclusion — The honest final read: your differential space and its limits. Output: DIFFERENTIATION_CONCLUSION.
Can I upload existing research to VALUEntina?
Yes. Users can attach PDFs, images or text files containing existing persona, pain point or value proposition work. VALUEntina reads the documents, summarizes what was extracted and asks for confirmation before using that material. Attached material never lets a module skip its validation step.
What do I get at the end of a VALUEntina session?
A sourced buyer persona profile, a prioritized pain points table, a final value proposition, a mapping between benefits and pain points, a competitor comparison and a differentiation conclusion. Read the VALUEntina methodology for the rules behind those outputs, or learn who developed VALUEntina.
