What data does a VALUEntina account hold?
An account holds the email address used to sign in and the messages exchanged during sessions. Accounts are created by the Gotoclient administrator; there is no public sign-up form on this website.
What happens to conversation history?
Questions and answers from a session are stored so the user can return to a session and so the administrator can review usage of the assistant. Conversation data is used only to generate and improve the buyer persona and value proposition documents produced by VALUEntina.
What happens to uploaded documents?
Documents attached during a session are read to extract persona, pain point or value proposition information for that session. VALUEntina summarizes what was extracted and asks the user to confirm before using it.
Who do I contact about my data?
Requests about account data go to Gotoclient, the company that developed and operates VALUEntina, through gotoclient.com. Return to the VALUEntina homepage.
